Mathieu Champin
Founder of MYRTE Consulting
Mathieu Champin's career has been built at the heart of hotel operations, between France and the international stage.
From his early experiences in China, within Marriott and Ritz-Carlton properties, to the world of the Mandarin Oriental in Paris, his path gradually led him towards management and leadership responsibilities. There he developed a deep understanding of the exacting standards of high-end hospitality and of the realities of running it day to day.
His experience — marked in particular by taking part in the opening of a five-star property, training teams and overseeing operations — has given him a grasp of service quality both in its ambitions and in its daily implementation.
Today a consultant in guest experience and quality, he works with hotel groups, franchisees and independent properties.
This dual perspective shapes the approach of MYRTE Consulting: combining the exacting standards with the reality of the field, to make the guest experience a genuine lever for lasting performance.
