Information collected
The contact form collects: first name, last name, hotel or group, position, business email, phone (optional), area of expertise and type of support required, and your message. This site does not store this information: on sending, it is prefilled into an email opened in your own email app, which you send yourself to direction@myrte-consulting.fr.
Purposes and legal bases
This information is used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a possible professional conversation and follow up on business requests received. Processing is based on MYRTE Consulting's legitimate interest in handling the professional enquiries it receives and, where relevant, on pre-contractual steps taken at your request. It is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients and service providers
The data is intended solely for MYRTE Consulting. The form transmits nothing itself: it prepares an email that you send from your own email app. The message therefore passes through your email provider, then through the provider hosting the direction@myrte-consulting.fr mailbox, where it is kept. This site does not record it in any database.
Retention
Data relating to enquiries and business prospecting is kept for three years from your last contact. Where a contract is entered into, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law, notably for accounting and tax purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data and, where the conditions are met, the right to data portability. To exercise them, write to direction@myrte-consulting.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Data transfers
Displaying the site relies on two providers based in the United States: Cloudflare, Inc., which serves the site's pages, and Google LLC, for the Google Fonts service. Your IP address and technical connection data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. Both companies are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection.
Cookies and analytics
No analytics tool, non-essential cookie or advertising tracker is used on this site, so no consent banner is required.
